Perfect and fairly clean place, decent staff from the bell captain to the front desk clerks, had late check out in the morning. The food was amazing with a wide range of alternatives. The location was lovely, a short way from Adventure Center. It also was in the general store...

Overall it was immaculately clean and updated with a mountain view. The hotel was perfect and newly renovated and in a central location.
Rooms were a little dated.

Ideal location and cozy rooms
The staff was engaging. Although the air conditioning was missing and it got uncomfortably warm at night, the overall atmosphere and proximity to skiing made it worth it.

Had newly decorated, great-sized room with a large bed as well as bedrooms. It had an absolutely perfect and incredible location - right by Lower Panorama Gondola.

My family and i found this place ideal for our trip. The rooms were cozy, especially the king loft, and initially surpassed my last experience here. The location is perfect, right next to the ski area, and the staff made everything smooth and enjoyable for us.
the air conditioning was missing.

la pulizia della camera, i prezzi eccessivamente alti, la struttura dove abbiamo alloggiato, vecchia e mal tenuta.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Location was great if you wanted to ski, but distanced from surrounding attractions. The staff handled everything very very well.
The whole facility seemed a bit run down and neglected. Shower fawcet was loose, sliding doors were heavy and/or stuck from opening freely. refit is in order to make it a truly inviting experience. Breakfast buffet ran at inconsistent times and did not remain open until the times expected (closed by 9am on Friday morning when I was advised that it would be open until 10. Dining room staff were very friendly, but being charge $3.50 each for a coffee and Orange juice with breakfast was very harsh. A $20/day fee for services which were primarily unused, and internet which didn't work and was not fixed during the stay. The staff at the desk refunded the fee, 2 days out of 3, which was a welcome response. The staff handled everything very very well.

We had such a fun time relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and soaking in the jacuzzi after a day of adventures! The room was cozy, but the bathroom could've used a little updating. It was a great stay, and I recommend checking out the Yodler restaurant nearby for some good food 😊
